You Can't Get There from Here?

Used to be somewhat of a joke, the old guy on the porch or at the gas station, when asked for directions, rubs his chin and says, “You can't get there from here.”

Not so funny these days with the assault in DC on net neutrality, censorship, and just plain internet accessibility for a lot of people, especially for people in lower income brackets. The “digital divide” is an issue.
